16-week strength program for iPhone

Stop guessing your progress. Stop guessing your plan.

Get jacked.

Ten answers build a 16-week program around you. Every lift has a next target. Volume follows how you recover. Photo check-ins find your weak points and fix them.

Every other app makes you guess.

  • The weight. You pick a number and hope.
  • The sets. Three because three is a number.
  • When to back off. Usually after it is too late.
  • Logbooks log. Spreadsheets wait. Nobody adjusts.

One program, built around you.

Ten answers: goal, experience, days, rhythm, minutes, equipment, units, age, weight, height. Sigmaxx builds a 16-week program from them and shows you the whole thing before you start, sessions, sets per muscle, and how the weight will move.

  1. 1

Your focus. All-round, upper build, leg build, front line, rear chain, V-frame or arm build. A focus is which sessions make your week, never a pile of extra sets.

  2. 2

Your rhythm. Fixed days or a rolling cadence like three on, one off. Miss a day and the plan waits. It never skips a session.

  3. 3

Your starting volume. Five levels. Small muscles grow first; compound lifts keep their heavy top row. Your recovery ratings move it from there.

  4. 4

Your lifts. Every slot is a movement pattern with a swap list for your gym. Swap from the logger without losing the sets you logged.

A next target on every lift.

Reps first, then weight. Hit the top of your range and the next session asks for two more; get there and the load goes up about 5%. Beat a target by a mile and the jump doubles once. Miss it and the target holds. You never pick a number again.

Sets that follow your recovery.

After each session you rate how each muscle recovered. Two good ratings in a row add a set; a bad one cuts fast, and every addition is a two-session test. Deloads come on the schedule and whenever your fatigue signs say so.

A logger built for the gym floor.

A big log button with a sound and a haptic. Rest from the programming, longer after a heavy row, shorter after isolation, counting down on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island. A chime when it ends, or a notification if you looked away.

Sixteen weeks, three phases.

Two six-week builds with a deload in week six, then a four-week peak with fewer sets and heavier loads. Photo check-ins at weeks 6, 12 and 16, each compared with the last.

Milestones you can share.

First workout, first week, phase one, halfway, program complete. Counted in your own completed sessions against your own plan. No leaderboards, no percentiles, no one else.

Check-ins that set your focus.

Photo check-ins are optional. Their point is a training focus, which muscles lead your sessions, not a score or a judgement about how you look.

  1. 1

Take the photos. Front, side and back in the same relaxed pose. They stay on your iPhone.

  2. 2

Faces are covered on your phone. Before a photo is saved or sent anywhere, Sigmaxx finds any face on the device and covers it with a sticker. The uncovered photo is never stored.

  3. 3

Get a focus, not a score. A short readout names what looks developed, what lags, an optional body-fat range marked as a visual estimate, and the focus it suggests for your next phase.

  4. 4

Compare later. Every six weeks the new check-in sits next to the last one, with the lighting and pose limits stated rather than hidden.

Build muscle. Lose fat. Fix weak points.

  • Follow it for 16 weeks and get the best progress you have had, without guessing a single part.
  • It does not rank you against other people. There are no leaderboards and no percentiles.
  • The level on your home screen is the last milestone you reached, not a strength score.
  • It does not read strength from a photo. Strength comes from your logged sets.
  • AI features run only after you agree on an explicit permission screen, and you can withdraw in Settings.
  • It does not give medical or dietary advice, and body-fat ranges are visual estimates.
