By using Sigmaxx you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What Sigmaxx is

Sigmaxx plans and records resistance training, suggests the next target from what you logged, and — if you ask it to — comments on physique check-in photos. It is a training tool, not a medical device, a coach or a diagnosis, and it does not give medical, dietary or health advice. Lifting carries a risk of injury. Talk to a qualified professional before starting or changing a training programme, and stop if something hurts.

Accuracy

Progression suggestions follow fixed rules applied to the sets you recorded, so they are only as good as what you entered. Estimated one-rep-max figures are calculated estimates, not tested maxes. Body-fat ranges are visual estimates from a photograph and can be well off. AI-written text can be wrong. You decide what to lift.

Your account

Sigmaxx creates an anonymous account on your device, and your records are tied to it. There is no password to reset and no email to recover from. If you delete the app or lose the device, the account and its records cannot be recovered.

Subscriptions

Sigmaxx requires a paid subscription, purchased through Apple. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. AI features may carry a usage allowance; if one applies, it is stated with the subscription.

Your content

Your workouts, photos and reports are yours. You give Sigmaxx only the permission needed to store them for you and to process what you explicitly submit to an AI feature. Do not upload photos of anybody else, and do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other people’s data, work around the subscription check, overload the service, or use it to build a competing dataset. Accounts that do may be suspended.

Liability

Sigmaxx is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss of records, or decisions you make based on what the app shows you.
